All ticket purchases and donations are processed securely through Square, a trusted third-party payment processor. After placing an order on our Site, you will be given a link to make your payment via Square. Please ensure you make the payment for the full amount using the provided Square link.

By making a purchase or donation, you agree to Square's Terms of Service.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All ticket purchases are considered donations to the Huntington's Disease Association and are non-refundable.

• Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that the event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify you via email and provide options for transferring your ticket to the new date or allocating your donation to another project or initiative of your choice.
• Donations: Donations made through ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, if you believe a refund is necessary under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at [email protected], and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Important: Please ensure that you have read and understood the event details before making a purchase, as all contributions are final and support the ongoing efforts of the Huntington's Disease Association.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
